Mr. Murphy also has represented publicly traded companies in the healthcare space involved in qui tam cases under the False Claims Act as well as organizations and executives involved in employment-related disputes and cases alleging employee misconduct. Mr. Murphy’s experience also includes representing plaintiffs in civil cases alleging fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and conversion.
